Approval

Any order over $500 needs kitchen approval before we accept it — that's Moises checking the calendar and the fish order.

50% deposit

Half the total is due when the order is accepted. That locks the date and the menu.

Balance & delivery

Balance is due 48 hours before the event. We confirm the drop-off window the day before.

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

Requires approval before acceptance.
